US Should Completely Cut Off All Aid To These Pakistani Thugs - Matt Salmon

An excerpt from, "Pak’s ISI works like ISIS, arrested Pak agent tells STF sleuths" By Mrigank Tiwari, The Times of India, November 29, 2015:
Suspected ISI agent arrested from Meerut on Friday has told STF sleuths that Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) works very much like ISIS. Mohd Aijaz who stayed in Bareilly in disguise told interrogators that he was sent to Bangladesh where his handlers kept his passport and sent him illegally into India through a river. According to reports, Islamic State recruiters burn passports of new joinees before assigning them missions.
An excerpt from, "Why Pakistan Is the Biggest Beneficiary of Mullah Mansour's Death" By Sayer Daudzai, The Diplomat, June 9, 2016:
However, surprisingly, the country that benefits the most from the death of Mansour is Pakistan. Pakistan is widely believed to be supporting the Afghan Taliban movement by providing them with weapons, money, training, and sanctuaries. Therefore, on paper, it would appear that Pakistan would be at a loss from the death of the Taliban leader. But look closer, and you would see that there are many incentives for Pakistan to want to get rid of Mullah Akhtar Mansour.
An excerpt from, "Afghanistan: The Legacy of the British Empire. A Brief History" By Dana Visalli, Global Research, March 22, 2013:
It is estimated that the U.S. and Saudi Arabia gave $40 billion worth of weapons and money to the fundamentalist Mujahideen over the course of the war. The money was funneled through the Pakistan government, which used some of it to set up thousands of fundamentalist Islamic religious schools (madrassas) for the Afghan refugee children flooding into the country; these became the formative institutions for the Taliban.

Many of the madrassa students and Taliban-to-be were traumatized Afghan war orphans, who were then raised in these all-male schools where they learned a literal interpretation of Islam and the art of war, and not much else. Fifteen years later the U.S. was at war with these same fighters, which it had itself created through its funding of the madrassas and the fundamentalists.
